Materials We Process

Aluminium 5005H34

We cut and process 5005H34 aluminium, a versatile grade that offers excellent formability and is well-suited to anodising and fabrication.

Mid Steel 250 HR

We currently process 250 HR mild steel, ideal for structural and general fabrication applications thanks to its strength and reliability.

Parts Design Tips

For best results in laser cutting, avoid holes smaller than 3mm or smaller than the material thickness. Keep lettering at least 12mm tall with 2mm spacing, and make bridges no thinner than 1.5mm. Place holes at least 3mm from edges and 12–15mm away from bends to prevent distortion. Adding extra material where possible helps reduce heat distortion and improves overall strength.
